Croeso i’r wefan lle cewch drosolwg o waith y Cyngor ynghyd â gwybodaeth am fusnesau a gweithgareddau lleol.

Mae dalgylch y Cyngor wedi ei leoli rhyw chew milltir o’r ffin hefo Lloegr ac yn cynnwys Glyn Ceiriog, sef y pentref mwyaf yn Nyffryn Ceiriog, Pandy a Nantyr. Serch hynny mae tua thruan o boblogaeth y gymuned yn siaradwyr Cymraeg. Mae Dyffryn Ceiriog yn brydferth a thlws iawn - disgrifiodd Lloyd George y dyffryn fel ‘tipyn bach o nefoedd ar y ddaear’, ac mae’n denu llawer o ymwelwyr bob blwyddyn i fwynhau'r golygfeydd, i gerdded ac i feicio.

Mae llawer o fusnesau bach wedi eu lleoli yn y dalgylch er bod amaeth, bwyd a thwristiaeth. yn bwysig iawn i’r economi leol. Mae lleoliad Dyffryn Ceiriog yn gyfleus i Wrecsam, Gaer, Manceinion a Lerpwl lle mae llawer o drigolion y gymuned yn gweithio

Mae yna groeso cynnes iawn i chi ymweld â’n hardal ni i flasu a mwynhau'r dyffryn ac yn enwedig pentrefi Glyn Ceiriog, Pandy a Nantyr.
